When do trust a company enough to start a business deal together? I am dealing with a group in another state that has to focus on their future in what they are trying to do. Planning a great business to place product in side of so many retail locations is very hard to understand for anyone this process took me 24 years to grasp a hold of. I believe that if everyone understood what I do they would try to do it them self but in the end they call me back and and say Mr. Gandolf place the product for me and then pay the fee's I have set up to do business and place the product. Yes my friends retail is very detailed as a wise Mr. Sullivan told me while he and I was structuring a campaign on sales and placement of a video recording tapes in side of just about 4,278 stores. Mr. Sullivan caught me being tired and not wanting to finish the project for the day. I think I was just around 22years old at the time in my life. Mr. Sullivan said to me I thought you wanted to be in retail Jimmy? I said I do I do but I am wiped out from all the travel and dealing with all the store managers. I realized how stupid I being to my boss at the time;and then sparked up as he was looking at me with a strange look on his face like are you complaining all the sudden. I do enjoy retail all the planning and all of the rolling out of a brand and the training for the support team the advertising and the promotions that go on for the actual customer to buy the product. My Grandfather,s were very detailed people from grandpa Licho as to understand business from all levels from store fronts to distribution from grandpa Gandolf. I have been involved in retail for so long its hard to understand that its a fun at times so the phrase from Mr. Sullivan 21 years ago "I thought you wanted to be in retail Jimmy"? Is so powerful in my mind from such a great man that is one of my serious mentor of my retail world. I truly have grown to real love taking projects from start to finish in the way that the products needs to be real not in any planning stage. I want the product ready to go on the shelf. I thank my father for not letting me be a quitter, he has truly made me finish everything I have started. Business is crazy at times but I keep praying for everyone to be on a straight line and then we all walk it when we do business together. I get real projects done and keep on moving with the lord. That's what I pray for everyone in the world to do the same.I remember on a funny note I had on boss when I was younger call me you on a Saturday( on a big ugly bag cell phone) and say where are you? I said at my aunt Jackie's at a cook out, Mr. Z said you are not at work? I said do I have a meeting? Mr. Z said we work all the time its retail promotion people shop everyday. I did get the hint that was 17 years ago.

Look everything over

I have to look into everyone agenda and what they want at this point for a new business deal. Sometimes that when people seem like they have a entrust what are they thinking at the time they show everything. When people want to business but can they to they have the mind to complete every deal to move forward in my world. Their is just so much that can get in the way for anyone to complete, greed, miss management of funds, over spending, living above their means, as they just sit and wait for something to happen. What will they do to complete their end of the deal. Can everyone be a part of a winning team? Team sports seem so much easier because everyone has a roll. In business it seems that so much depends on your partners telling the truth and when it really seem that everyone is on the same page and your team of business personnel can win someone messes up and you have to start up all over because you are the winner that never quits. You can really see your partner lie to you as you put them in a different setting and what they say around others. This is even true with relationships as well. Let someone wind down around someone you will start to see the truth in them in a different light. Now I have to say I have to be careful in my writings on my blog and this has nothing to do with any business in Wisconsin and in Texas, Utah,Indiana, California as to my heart content I do speak my mind at times but the people around me on a daily bases know where I stand on them in business I was focusing on a life long friend that the truth came out of this person. My father has advised me all along on this person and I finally did get a brick to my head over the last six months and this was hard for me to write but the facts are all true. I am very focused on everyone and everything in business. I have great friends in the business world and just recently met a great group of business friends here in Wisconsin and do focus on all project that are on my table at this time. Timing is everything in my business world.
