The Downtown Indianapolis Public Library Today 2018

Joe Hogsett is the great Mayor to the City of Indianapolis in our current time. Joe Hogsett had lost the battle on the war on drugs in this great city of Indianapolis. "Indianapolis has Fallen."Fentnal had taken over our city in a major way. Drug dealers have won in every sense of the way here in Indianapolis. Yes, Mayor Hogsett made a statement that the City of Indianapolis was taken the makers of Opioid’s according to the Indianapolis Star News, and World News articles back in October and November 2017. I am one of the citizens of Indianapolis, Indiana   and have lost a brother to drugs back in August 2017, so I was really for this new direction from the City I was born in. The law suite is misguided in every since of the way, in my investigations into the matter.  The city of Indianapolis, Indiana should be going after the drug dealers and the dealers using Opioids in their product. I found out that most of these Fentnal component is coming straight from Mexico and not a major or minor manufacture at all. These Opioid lacing companies are coming from drug dealers in Mexico making this Fentnal in the streets of Mexico and making its way to America. How is the city of Indianapolis going to sue these street makers of the drug? I have seen zombies walking the streets of Indianapolis, Indiana over the drug problem, Heroin is killing our city as well as other cities across America. Cocaine is just as bad in all areas of this country even so much worse when laced with Fentnal equals a death sentence. So, the back drop is clear, all our city of Indianapolis police officers is in extreme danger, plus firefighters, and first responders to any emergency with in the city of Indianapolis because our city of Indianapolis cannot fight this epidemic properly. We cannot even take care of the people that are so addicted to this problem.

My safe place as a child was the library, no matter where I was in life, I could read my way out of any situation of a depressed time in my life challenges stages a person can go through. My young adulthood, I read about how to write, and what it took to plan for any life situation. Yes; I know that even in these extreme cold days homeless people needs a haven as well. Being in love with the library all my life and knowing the safety of a quiet peaceful place as a public library can be for a person in need. But as of yesterday, I noticed a war zone in peace over zombies roaming the café area at the library as drug addicts we as if they couldn’t even handle keeping their head steady, and deep situations of a few people need to make money for their next fix, starring at my jewelry of making gestures to ketch me off guard to steal from me or make me in a situation to fight them. My daughter and I were wanting lunch from the Central Indianapolis Public Library Café yesterday, as we walk up to take the order, I saw several people that were controlling the tables, as if these tables were the only property these people had, passing around a pint of booze to each other while kid’s and families were around. I had no where to sit but by the children’s area. I also noticed people roaming around. The chatter was about trying hustle. I was taking my daughter to different sections of the library to explain history and just to have fun. Homeless people were everywhere, and our city just can’t take care of people anymore at all. Our city just can’t help the drug addiction of its citizens at all, and the evidence is at the Central Indianapolis Public Library. So, I walked around and prayed all I could. My daughter started to pray for our Mayor to get answers, and heal our city.  Each Township within this once wonderful city must be taken back block by block. How can we trust our mayor? He hasn’t even started to do anything with in the empty houses on his campaign Promise? These drug dealers have guns and are killing people without one bit of remorse at all, and with lacing drugs with Fentnal and just killing people right and left. We can take back our city, block by block, and help educate our police officers on whom are these dealers, and even if you tell a police officer about any one you must call Crime Stoppers (What the heck are they going to do)? “What” should we become vigilantes? The local government had put handcuffs on each department on controlling the safety on our streets, but what are we to gain by not supporting our police officers, and complete structure of finical aide to protect our citizens in such a progressive way that we can really be free? We have given our city to drug dealer in every since of the way.  Indianapolis, Indiana seems to be getting some real bad advice in all areas of fighting this major problem within the city limits. Guess what, drugs are hitting the suburbs and out skirts of all areas of the State of Indiana, and small town to medium size towns are feeling the pain because of the City of Indianapolis cannot control the major factor? Drugs that are killing everyone into a finical mess. I know there are major ways to protect everyone with in the need of curing the drug problem. Creating a structure bond for investment and planning the health rebound of the city of Indianapolis. Yes, we can do this with the drug money taken from the dealers, and investment strategy of major investment bank off the cities rating and plans, and we can show that we care about the real citizens, not just the families that don’t see the problem at all, until one of their children or social relatives get addicted to drugs and become a label to society as unclean and what can we do now? Real financial bonds to protect to create housing and structure on protection and these people need help with caring about our cities future. Financial structured instruments are created to business that are going to create jobs, and why can’t we plan the proclaimed strength of real humans trying to keep their children safe? Investing in our future on housing, jobs, and helping the people that really need this help?  Why can’t anyone figure out if we do not fix this cities problem we all will suffer. Remember drug dealers don’t negotiate at all the dealer just kill everything in sight, so they can feel peace?  But we keep letting these drug dealers kill people right in the city streets with no remorse to get the mighty dollar transform a nightmare of citizens that can’t even communicate with police officers for safety.   What can we do in this great City of Indianapolis? “Indianapolis has Fallen.”
