Coaching in your business

I think in life that constructive criticism can either motivate the right sales team into a grand production or demotivate the current flow. I guess it is all in the presentation; you can always holler at someone to get something done right, and that person becomes comatose to anything you holler at them. That is not very effective at all. The best way to tell someone they are not doing a good job is one on one training session or coaching to better your situation in your work environment. Never express your feeling to any other personnel about troubles in any of your environments at your business, no matter how mad someone makes you. It is just the fact of you not expressing to that person with whom you have a problem with, is what the real problem is. You have not trained that person effectively to understand your goals of that person’s job. Yes; you could fire that person and start over, but do you want to keep doing that over and over every two years in that position in your company? You become absent and do not keep up your entire action plan meetings with this person assuming that this person knows how to run your business can end you up in a nightmare situation. If someone works for your company, you are in charge of the operation. Getting the best performance out of someone is by conducting a strong understands of constant training in that area of employment with you. This action will come from the very start of and employment agreement. Get everyone in a solid mode of knowledge of what is like to work with you, and understand that you have to look at this new coaching process is by your countenance of training to even better your own coaching to your team of people. You have to always prepare yourself to communicate your own new knowledge of a new system in an effective manner. I myself have failed in this new action of communication. If you do not have everyone in a real understanding of their position, these people think they can do anything they want; like start their own business, or take your business to a competitor that wants to steel your sales team. I have caught companies calling other clients of mine to disrupt my business, and say they can do a much better job. That’s what other sponsorship sales teams operate, on a look at what the other race teams are doing? No one is ever truly happy in the racing business. The atmosphere is strong on lies and assumptions and not on facts. The only fact is business and the relationship of business to connections on get a deal in a full working process, into a profit structure. When you do not control this process from start to finish you simply have a full scale time bomb on your hands. Family members will take advantage of you when you are not looking especially when you are sharing your last name. Make sure things are very clear on all levels that you are the owner of your business in and on all levels. I work all the time, but still maintain my responsibilities to the Lord, family, and friends. The partner action; please get to know your partners! If someone is talking about others around you, what are these people saying about you when you are not there? Business is business, keep friends out of your business unless you are under a NCND.
