Greatest Spectacle in Racing is about to even be stronger next year!

I have to plan this just a little better to insure the Greatest Spectacle in Racing. Yes I am a major fan of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race. I am a fan of open wheel racing in every way possible. I have found sponsorships for race team across the planet. I have found sponsorships for actual race tracks. I have been in racing in some sort of fashion since 1983. I am not saying by any means that I have been successful in a major way.  Now; I will say I have brought in the money for open wheel racing, when every major company ran off after 1996. I know that was the dark ages of IndyCar racing. I stood by Tony George 100% and had to get jobs at other companies that didn't understand the value of open wheel racing. I spent many years trying to explain the strong value for the buck, by getting behind open wheel motorsports. I was blown away by some reporter thinking that they knew exactly how to run a racing series and have never achieved anything what so ever in the sport at all, but get there claim to fame by bashing the Hulman Family for their decision to make IndyCar type racing more competitive in a major since. I then watched a NASCAR rise to the top and that hurt my whole drive in supporting anything at that point in motorsports. I just never understood how a $60,000.00 car frame and a $80,000.00 motor could end up being 10 million a year to run a race team in NASCAR. These NASCAR’s have a great fan base because NASCAR woke up and brought the fans close to all the action. NASCAR made a major move when they needed to and have brought in oval racing at its finest when IndyCar type racing thought they were going to compete with F1. IndyCar type of racing just didn't figure out the fine details of something called fan base, tied in with community support to challenge all ends of this type of promotions. I myself failed many attempts to bring in major money, but the companies I was dealing had other motives. Then I saw the light, no one is ever going to sponsor a race car or a racing event unless they were going to make a profit, or a major profit in an exceptional return on the initial investment. Then I created a new system, and man did I go through a major learning experience at that point. The flood gates of companies not even coming close to the truth.  I have signed contracts from companies that are absolutely worthless. Why are they worthless, because they didn't even have the credit lines to accomplish what these companies put down on paper? I will give one example: I did get a company a $250 million some odd distribution contract and as soon as the distribution contract was done, I was treated like I had a virus or something. The commitment the company was supposed to even get the 250 million dollar contract was to sponsor an IndyCar Team with, hello my own commissions.  Well are you ready here?  The company skated on the deal because they couldn't get the 250 million dollar contract financed because the company had no credit at all or even worse bad credit.  Now racing is just not a pretty business at all, when all of the truths come out. Bad deals are just a bad deal all across the board. I am saying I have seen good deals as well as the bad in motorsports. No one in motorsports ever wants to pay me for bringing in a sponsor to them, as soon as you try the team owners will try every way possible to not pay you period. Now I can clarify that statement, some of the good team owners are gone on to other projects in life, but and I do say I have met a few good team owners.  I have closed a deal with an energy shot company to be placed in 9,000 retail stores and is very successful today as I speak about this story. I have had so many projects for the good; like motor oil, gas logistics, crude oil programs are the very best. Drug Store campaigns are very good on all levels.  Now I am moving into a new dawn in motorsports; yes, I want to make sure on all levels that IndyCar moves the whole family with excitement. I loved it back in the day when AJ Foyt would step on to the race track as I was a young boy, or even the name Unser. I have written speeches on how your brand can drive sales across the planet and create profits in all areas for your business. I have written and published a book on the Indianapolis 500 mile race from the start to the modern times. I have had some successes in selling sponsorships, and some major bombs in trying to bring in the cash for some very good race car drivers out there across the board in motorsports. I will not let my favorite sport called open wheel racing see its pit falls ever again.  I know that in fact that if all parties in the City of Indianapolis can see this new dawn in motorsports of community involvement across the board, and help all major cities support the racing environment on all levels. The NFL, NBA, and MLB all have embraced this action plan.  I believe that the Grand Prix of Indianapolis 2014 could be the starting point to turn around the open wheel concept across the world for IndyCar. Using a racetrack to bring in all areas of the community to expose all the business and what great opportunity that they will bring forth to drive an communities of a successful agenda to every one of its wonderful citizens. Schools, Fire, and Police departments; Expressing the value of Union Trade Training Programs, townships will come together as this is our race. We are very fortunate to have a two and a half mile convention space in the City of Indianapolis with hospitality and everything you will ever need to drive success in your own community action plan. I can see all churches in the city of Indianapolis come together to help their own areas of the city. Chamber of Commerce and the Jaycees can demonstrate each chapter of the city that can strive in business development strategy. Each turn of the road course at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway can have a strong city support from the turn name.  Lawrence Turn name, and all 14 turns are valuable in every sense of the matter. All of the school system support of every area of the city, can you see all the children involvement what a strong vision.  The Mayor of Indianapolis has set the stage for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, by setting up community association groups, and teams of community leader all throughout the City of Indianapolis. Time is ticking away my friends, May 2014 is coming around the corner soon.
