I was so excited about the new action about the Grand Prix
of Indianapolis and my new plan of bringing the whole City of Indianapolis involved,
and all of the missing parts to bring it to a reality. The Mayor’s office of Indianapolis
is so amazing. I see that the Mayor of Indianapolis will need some major help
here from some real professional sales people. I am talking about sales people
that can actually close a deal, and not spread the word about this great Grand
Prix of Indianapolis. I want to bring in a team of sales people that can identify
the boundaries of each of the nine townships in Marion County. The Indianapolis
Motor Speedway will have to set the rules up with the Mayor’s Office of the
City of Indianapolis. I can set up with the account reps in sales and
advertising over at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway a real tracking system,
with accountability of a major tracking system. Yes; major sales teams need to
be tracked at all times. I will need nine super sales persons to set the pace
in each township with in the City of Indianapolis city limits. Each one of
these super sales team members will have the responsibility of their own township
to market and sell. These Townships are: (1) Center Township, (2) Decatur Township,(3) Franklin
Township,(4) Lawrence Township,(5) Perry Township,(6) Pike Township,(7) Warren
Township,(8) Washington Township, (9)Wayne Township, now this is not in any
order at all just, I am just naming the Townships of Marion County, in the
State of Indiana. The rules should be as
follow, each sales person of that certain township within Marion County, has to
attend as many neighborhood asocial functions create and invite the leaders of
that township over to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for a drive around the
road course, to explain all promotional opportunity in all areas of the
Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This time is very important to a township leaders,
and city wide civic leaders. This is the
time to have all the media out at the race track as well. My vision is to
insure the support of these leaders so they can help open doors and generate
the push that which township will be place at what turn over at the
Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the Grand Prix of Indianapolis 2014 race
weekend. There will be a raffle after a month of this hospitality event, to see
which township at what corner. Another media event; of grand opportunity, to
build the hype, about the first Grand Prix of Indianapolis. In the meantime the
9 super sales people are focused on closing deals for the sponsorship of each
turn over at the race track (The Indianapolis motor Speedway). Plus in the
interaction program booth space to exemplify each turn over at the speedway. The Mayor’s office will have to work with the
sales teams of each section of the city. The school districts will play a major
part in building awareness for this grand first Grand Prix. The battle of the
best school systems YouTube video of school spirit to be voted on by the
public, and now we have a major help with awareness about this race. Now I will
work on worldwide companies over this event. I won’t talk about that here. Now at this point the news is out everywhere
about this race. The contracts for the sales teams to close the sponsorship's
for the turns over at the race track, will have to be done by a legal firm in Indianapolis. Sponsorship night; over at the speedway, now
this will help push the community involvement over the top at this point, The
Mayor should make a speech about what an honor to have the Mayors first turn
city action award for the best promoted township. This is the time to show off the design for
each turn by each township leader and sales person. Now the real taste of Indianapolis with the
entire restaurants, within the city limits of Indianapolis, to cook that
weekend, and the Speedway will make major money off of this action. This should
be achieved by a food ticket system,(Just like the major festivals do this) and
these tickets can or should only be bought through the speedway’s office. No refunds on the food tickets, the customers have
to use them that weekend. Yes, food glorious food, at its finest at the greatest
race track in the world. Heritage, Food, and what a great way to show how great
this grand City of Indianapolis can achieve major success in all area of this
grand city. Now everyone will want to
see this race action as the live atmosphere will be grand. Then when it comes
time for the actual Indianapolis 500 Mile Race, then we will have a great
action packed month of May. I believe with this type of system the Grand Prix
of Indianapolis 2014 will set the stage for the way a city can promote a
community, and city wide campaign for the world to see! The stands will be full
and look at all of the profit that the City and State will make off of the
sales tax! Now; I love the Indianapolis Motor Speedway with everything I can
put out there. I know that if everyone
can work together this will be a success. I know what the sanctioning fees are
for each race that IndyCar has. With this system those admission tickets will
sell, the restaurant booths space will be strong, each turn will be set as their
own sprit of each township, community action groups, churches, and the school spirit
from all of the schools of this great city of Indianapolis. Demonstrations;
from the Fire, and Police Departments, and all new developments from around the
city should be on display for everyone to see. Union Trade programs, and labor reps, and all
area of the city should have a rep there. I there is going to be a race here in
this grand city of a Grand Prix and it is going to be called, “The Grand Prix
of Indianapolis”; and then this is the system we need to make it happen. May
2014 is getting closer every time the clock ticks, and there is no going back.
We can as a City, a City where I was born in, and a City where I saw the most
amazing race car called the Johnny Lightening Special roll on to the most
famous race track in the world in 1970, and the unity of a City of Indianapolis
come together for the first Grand Prix of Indianapolis and move forward each
day with excitement. At this point we just can’t put on Facebook and Twitter
that, “Hey fans, the Tickets are on sale for the first, Grand Prix of
Indianapolis May 2014!” It’s time to get out of the office and get this action
into play, so everyone can be proud! Positive Press Time! Each section of this plan will have created
its own funding from its sponsorship for each phase of this grand
adventure. You have to promote
everything you do with every amount of energy can focus of the end result being
positive in all direction of success. I see this Grand Prix of Indianapolis on
May 2014, a major upswing for open wheel motorsports to shine throughout the
world. Why; it’s a new system for other promoter throughout the world to see
the success of what this kind of community involvement to promote IndyCar in their
own world or city for success. Yes; this
would spell out success at its finest and not a given. I will say this again my friends; May 2014 is
getting closer each day.
