Relax a Minute, by Jim Gandolf

Relax a Minute, by Jim Gandolf

Can you just relax a minute? Breathe in and out to calm your heart, mind, and soul. We had been placed in our paths for a reason. Opportunity, has many faces in our lifetime. We can be mean and hateful because it is free to do so, or we can be supporting and stir up love, and pat each other on the back? Love is free as well! I pray to the Lord for guidance everyday to help me stay positive. Life challenges give us opportunities to be hateful. I feel we need look at positive outlooks to express our love for each other, instead of chronic attitudes as we live each day. Can we just focus on love more each day than critical mass destruction? To express a positive reaction to a post might be an extreme example of a Gentlemen, or a Lady? My Father was not kind to me most of the time in my lifetime, but to rise above extreme drama, was to pray about positive enlightening experiences! I remember a positive day many years ago, when my father said to me in a back yard many miles away in the calmness of the morning twilight as the sun creeping up, "Jim, this is the first day for the rest of your life!" That was a very deep moment for me at a time when all emotions were critical, because I was a teenager, oh, and I knew everything, Hahahahahaha except that meaning and phrase that hit my soul even to this day. Some how it is easy to look at the bad times in the cloudiness of life, to lose the most effective life moments. We are friends for a reason, we have family member's for a reason. We can learn from each other, and from this moment forward create a positive bless? Thank you for being there friends, and family member's! Just a note from:
Jim Gandolf
*My Father didn't create the phrase "This is the first day for the rest of your life." Robert Gandolf was just simply relaying a positive message to his son.*
